I have grown more comfortable with pointing the camera at people and it is certainly easier to take photos from a slowish moving and open tuk tuk than it is a bus or car.
So, some random images shot today on the road between Siem Reap and Tonle Sap lake and back again. Not all are works of art ! But they do capture a bit more about life and getting around in this part of Cambodia. My favorite is the bad shot of the guy riding his bike with a smoke hanging from his face, though I am partial to the woman in pajamas on the back of the scooter at midday. And the truck load of beer looks good 🙂
Different worlds. 🙂 Tho today Shaun and I did see a dog wearing a camelbak (that doesn’t count as solo unsupported in my view), and a guy deep in the Waitaks in a white collared shirt (no tie), dress trousers, good shoes and carrying a beach towel.
LOL – both awesome mental images – dog with a camelbak – could be a new business opportunity.
